Grand Duchess Sashenka

Grand Duchess Alexandra "Sashenka or Lina" Alexandrovna (30 August 1842 - 10 July 1849). The oldest child and daughter of Tsarevich Alexander Nikolaievich Romanov (later Tsar Alexander II of Russia) and Princess Marie of Hesse and by Rhine (later Empress Maria Alexandrovna). She was the favourit of both her parents and her mother was very protected of her and her father would always enjoy having her as his company when he worked.
